Norway's national Pentecostal movement has a genuine desire for authentic partnership. New workers are welcomed as people willing to serve alongside bi-vocational national pastors, not simply fill gaps in a program. We’ve been asked to plant international, English-speaking churches in strategic cities, walking closely alongside the national movement's own priorities and pace, which are visionary and strategic. 

A vibrant youth ministry culture, open doors for university ministries to develop, and strong leadership have made Norway fertile soil for more workers and an abundant harvest. It's worth noting that our current church plant in Skien sits in the very city where Norwegian Pentecostalism began, in 1908 — a full-circle reminder that God is still writing this story more than a century later.
