Finland
Finland's own Pentecostal movement is a genuinely global sending force in its own right, doing mission work in nearly 50 countries through its own aid and missions organization. Our vision is to keep deepening this partnership, particularly through opportunities to reach Finland's fast-growing immigrant and international communities, while remaining connected to Finnish and Swedish language congregations.
With a vibrant, growing youth ministry in the churches and wide-open doors for significant ministry partnership, Finland holds great potential for the future.
Current # of Workers
We currently have 7 workers (4 units) serving in Finland, engaged in church-health training and mentoring for Finnish and nearby Estonian churches, an anti-trafficking ministry paired with growing Russian- and Ukrainian-language outreach in Helsinki, and incoming workers preparing to serve in a local church and regional support role.

Receiving capacity
Finland's national leadership has identified a wide range of open ministry doors: youth ministry,
media, children's ministry, English-language ministry, Bible school teaching, and church planting
among immigrant communities. Strategic cities include Helsinki, Jyväskylä, Tampere, Turku,
Kuopio, and Joensuu.
We could receive 5+ workers today and connect them directly with local church ministries and
opportunities.

nationally, with roughly 45,000 members.

Current projects & amount needed to fund
A building renovation project for one of the oldest Pentecostal churches in the capital region will begin in 2027. This church is considered by many to be the most influential congregation in the country. The current project could benefit from significant contributions, such as $100,000 or more.
On occasion, the anti-human trafficking ministry “Rose Project” based here is in need of ongoing operational support. $10,000 per year would have a significant impact in the development of this work, providing training, resources and expansion to an already growing team.
